The latest sensation on the streets has a name: Op1um Skate Co. Embracing the DIY spirit typical of skateboarding, a crew of friends wanted a clothing style that reflected their attitude, stood out, and was comfortable at the same time. The designs were meant to reflect the dynamics of skateboarding itself, aimed at constant evolution that knows no bounds.

So, following this organic evolution, the members of the crew based in Bern, Switzerland, decided to take their destiny into their own hands and founded Op1um Skate Co. Elijah and Michael are the two session partners who are focused on creating a skate brand that speaks the language of cities across Europe.

Throughout 2019, Elijah and Michael set to work, studying every aspect of what would become not only promotion but also production, and spent an intense period designing and filming as they evaluated every facet of their project—one that would become a significant reality even beyond their country’s borders.

The two friends began bringing their ideas to life, and that’s how the Op1um concept took shape—from skateboard hardware and griptape to apparel.

In constant contact with their fanbase, Op1um creates limited-edition collections that make their pieces rare and sought-after, establishing itself as a true cult brand to watch.

In keeping with the authenticity that defines the street scene, an Op1um team is essential to represent the brand in every aspect. Eight Swiss and three Italian skaters are the advocates carrying forward the original spirit of skateboarding: team spirit, fun, and collective growth.

Op1um saw Pleasures Milano as a natural partner in a project where the philosophy that sparked it all can only be extended to others who share it, seeing things from the same perspective.
